The 7 Best n8n Agencies for New York Companies in 2026
Seven n8n agencies a New York company can actually hire, checked against n8n's own partner directory, with the founders behind each one and what they publish about price.
Valerian ValkinFounder & CEO, 2V Automation··14 min read
Search for an n8n agency in New York and the first page is a meetup listing, three “n8n agency” landing pages from companies that are not in New York, and a couple of ranked lists written by agencies that put themselves first. This is also a list written by an agency that puts itself first. The difference is that every claim on it can be checked, and I will show you where.
Two things shaped how it was built.
First, “n8n partner” is a phrase anyone can put on a website. n8n runs an official directory of service partners at experts.n8n.io. Every agency here was looked up there on 30 September 2026, and the result is stated plainly in each entry, including for the two that are not listed.
Second, “New York” means something specific when you are hiring: your team works Eastern time, someone may need to sit in a room with your operations lead for a day, and your lawyer may want a US contract. A physical office in Manhattan is nice and mostly irrelevant. Coverage of your working day is not.
How the seven were chosen
Four things, in this order.
Directory status. Listed at experts.n8n.io, and at what tier, or not listed.
Eastern-time coverage. Where the team actually sits, and whether they commit to US hours.
A named founder. Someone accountable, with a track record you can look up. Agencies that show a wall of first names and no surnames scored lower.
Published pricing. Most agencies hide it. The ones that publish it are easier to compare and harder to surprise you.
Here is the verification table before the opinions.

1. 2V Automation: certified Expert Partner, New York and Lisbon on US hours
This is us, so read this entry the way you would read anyone’s own entry, and then check it against the directory listing.
What the directory says: Certified n8n Expert Partner, primary location New York City, rating 5.0 from 7 reviews, budgets from $1,000 up to six figures, SMB focus. The certification was issued in December 2025 and runs through December 2027. It covers self-hosting, custom node development, and complex workflow architecture. Separately, 2V holds Clutch Champion and Clutch Global awards.
Valerian Valkin
Founder and CEO
Graduated with honours in 2010 in automated computer control systems, then spent fifteen years running businesses, two of which are still running: 2V and Shila, a marketing agency. He is also building FieldClients, a signal-based lead sourcing product for field service companies. He works between Lisbon and New York on US hours and publishes full n8n build teardowns on YouTube, which is the fastest way to judge whether you would want him near your systems.
What they build. Production n8n on your own infrastructure: workflow layers that connect a CRM, a finance stack, and the tools in between, plus AI agents where a judgement step belongs in the flow. The engagement starts with a discovery week rather than a brief you have to write. You get a map of how the operation runs today and a priced roadmap you keep whether or not you build with 2V.
Where they sit relative to New York. New York City is the directory’s primary location; the founder splits time with Lisbon and works Eastern hours either way. In-person discovery in the city is available.
What it costs. Published, which is rare on this list. Discovery week from $2,000 for up to 20 people and $4,000 for 21 to 50. Builds are priced per process, most landing between $6,000 and $24,000 over three to six weeks. Ongoing improvement is optional and agreed separately; a live build runs without them.
Pick them if you are an operations-heavy company between roughly $1M and $50M in revenue with no internal automation team and a real process problem. Skip them if you want a single $2,000 workflow and nothing else, or you are running a Fortune 500 transformation programme.
2. Fruition Services: a Manhattan office and a monday.com pedigree
Fruition is the only agency on this list with a street address in Manhattan: 205 W 37th St. The company is headquartered in Sydney and opened its US operation in mid-2025 as part of an exclusive channel arrangement with monday.com, which tells you what it is built around. Fruition is a monday.com Platinum Partner and Advanced Delivery Partner, and its n8n work grew out of connecting monday.com to everything else a client runs.
Their website describes them as a “Certified n8n Integration Partner”. They are not in the experts.n8n.io directory at the time of writing. That does not make the n8n work bad; it means the certification is monday.com’s, and the n8n claim is Fruition’s own.
Josh Jebathilak
Founder and CEO, formerly at monday.com
Josh worked at monday.com before founding Fruition, and the firm's own account of its origin is unusually specific: "We watched capable teams lose their days to manual status updates, duplicated boards, and tools that refused to talk to each other." He now leads delivery across Australia, the UK, the US, India, and Singapore. The company says it has worked with more than 900 organisations, and it won monday.com's Rising Star award at the 2026 partner summit.
What they build. monday.com implementations first, with n8n as the integration and automation layer around them. If your operation runs on monday.com and you need it wired into QuickBooks, a CRM, or an AI step, this is the most natural fit on the list. Named clients on their site skew large and Australian: Telstra, the Reserve Bank of Australia, Transport for NSW.
Where they sit relative to New York. A Manhattan office and a US phone number, with delivery staff spread across time zones. Ask who specifically will be on your project and where they sit; the team page is honest that consultants work “across APAC and US”.
What it costs. Not published. A free 30-minute consultation is the entry point.
Pick them if monday.com is your system of record and you want one partner for both the platform and the automation around it. Skip them if you have no monday.com and want a pure n8n build; you would be paying for a specialism you do not need.
3. Symplytics: Toronto, Eastern time, and Canada’s first n8n Expert Partner
Toronto is an hour’s flight from LaGuardia and in the same time zone, which makes Symplytics one of the more practical options here for a New York company that wants a partner who is awake when they are. They are listed at experts.n8n.io and describe themselves as Canada’s first official n8n Expert Partner.
Their positioning is narrower than most: mid-market manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. They design, host, and run n8n for those teams and then train the client’s staff to keep it going, which is a sensible model if you have people who can be trained.
Luciano Dall'Antonia
Founding Partner, Client Lead and Business Growth
Luciano leads the client side of a firm founded by two partners: he runs growth and delivery relationships, and Agnese Vicino, the other founding partner, runs finance and operations. The team page lists everyone with a full name and a role, which sounds like a low bar until you look at how many n8n agencies do not clear it.
What they build. Process orchestration for physical-goods businesses: order flows, inventory signals, supplier and carrier integrations, with AI where it earns its place. If your company moves stock through a warehouse in New Jersey, this is the specialism you want.
Where they sit relative to New York. Toronto. Same time zone, same working day, easy in-person visits.
What it costs. Not published.
Pick them if you are in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution and want a partner that has done your exact kind of process before. Skip them if you are a professional services firm; the industry focus is real and it cuts both ways.
4. Ovidius AI: Select Partner with a US team and a 30-day delivery model
Ovidius is a US company with teams in North Carolina and Texas and a certified n8n Select Partner listing in the directory. Their pitch is speed: a working solution in under 30 days, then an optional maintenance retainer with a 48-hour support SLA. They state SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant deployments, which matters if you are a New York healthcare or financial services company with a compliance officer in the room.
Owen Boesveld
Founder and CEO
Owen founded Ovidius and is also a co-founder of Ben AI. The leadership page lists a CEO, CMO, CRO, COO, and CTO by first name, and then a grid of sixteen unnamed faces described as a global network of specialists. The named case study is GoKickflip, an e-commerce brand where Ovidius says it cut the cost of producing an article from $700 to $12. That is their figure, quoted as they state it.
What they build. AI agents and RAG pipelines on top of n8n, with a house platform called Forge. Heavier on AI than most n8n shops; if your problem is a plain integration between two systems, they are more than you need.
Where they sit relative to New York. Eastern time in North Carolina, Central in Texas. No in-person presence in the city.
What it costs. Not published. Free discovery call and automation audit.
Pick them if you want an AI-heavy build shipped fast and need compliance language in the contract. Skip them if you want to know exactly who is building your system before you sign; press them on it.
5. Bitovi: an engineering consultancy that writes n8n nodes, not just workflows
Bitovi is the odd one out, and for the right buyer the best fit. It is a Chicago software consultancy founded in 2008 that has spent most of its life on JavaScript engineering and open source, and it is listed in the n8n directory as an Expert Partner. The distinguishing thing is depth: Bitovi builds custom n8n nodes and contributes them back, including nodes for Confluence, Langfuse, and IBM watsonx.ai. If your stack has a system nobody has an n8n integration for, this is who can write one.
Justin Meyer
Co-founder and CEO
Justin co-founded Bitovi in 2008 with Brian Moschel, a college friend from the University of Illinois; Meyer studied computer science, Moschel computer engineering. The company built its reputation on open-source JavaScript frameworks before adding n8n consulting, and its people page still describes Meyer as "basketballer, part-time human", which tells you something about the culture. The n8n practice sits inside a firm with fifteen-plus years of shipping software for other people.
What they build. Self-hosted enterprise n8n, custom integrations, and automation that an internal engineering team can read, extend, and maintain without the vendor. Engagements start with a technical audit.
Where they sit relative to New York. Chicago, one hour behind. Fine for daily overlap; less so for a 9am stand-up.
What it costs. Not published; custom scoping, and the timelines on their engagements run longer than the boutiques on this list.
Pick them if you have engineers, a complicated stack, and you want the result to look like software rather than a diagram. Skip them if you are a 30-person services company with no technical staff; you would be paying for rigour you cannot use.
6. Easy8: a twenty-year Prague software company that became an n8n partner
Easy8 is the only agency here with a history you can trace back two decades. It started in 2006 as a small Prague team building on top of Redmine, reached a hundred clients by 2012, sold project management software as Easy Redmine and Easy Project for years, and in March 2026 rebranded the group as Easy8 with n8n and AI agents at the centre. It is listed in the directory as an Expert Partner and a Verified Creator, and its client logos include E.ON, Toyota, Bosch, and AXA.
Filip Moravek
Founder and CEO
Filip has run the company through every one of its forms, from a Redmine consultancy to a project management vendor to an n8n and AI agency. That arc matters for a buyer: an agency that has maintained on-premises software for enterprise clients since 2012 knows what running something in production for a decade involves. The current framework, which they call WorkOps, is about connecting planning, delivery, operations, and reporting into one system of work.
What they build. n8n workflows and AI agents, often alongside their own project management and IT service management products, with an optional monthly plan covering hosting, monitoring, and updates.
Where they sit relative to New York. Prague, six hours ahead. Your morning is their afternoon; there is overlap until about 11am Eastern. The registered entity for international business is in London.
What it costs. Partly published: consulting and workflows are billed hourly or per day, agents are priced individually, and the discovery call is free and credited if you proceed.
Pick them if you are a Microsoft-heavy or enterprise-shaped company that values a vendor with a long track record over a boutique. Skip them if you need afternoon Eastern coverage or in-person work.
7. n8n Lab: ranks for New York, claims US hours, not in the directory
n8n Lab is here because you will find them. They have a page titled “n8n Agency in New York” that ranks for the query, and they describe workflows “designed for American operating hours” with in-person workshops “when needed”. They also carry a disclaimer that they are “not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by n8n GmbH”, and at the time of writing they are not in the experts.n8n.io directory, despite describing themselves as an n8n Expert Partner on the same page.
The team page shows photos and first names only: Jovan, Stefan, Nemanja, Davor. No surnames, no bios, no office address. Their client logos include Databox and several agencies, and they claim more than 150 AI workflows deployed.
What they build. AI agents and workflow automation, with a lean toward marketing and agency operations, and content and social automation as a listed service.
Where they sit relative to New York. Not stated. The names suggest a Southeast European team; the page commits to US hours, which is the thing to verify on the first call.
What it costs. Not published. A free automation audit in 48 hours is the entry point.
Pick them if you are an agency yourself and want a fast, inexpensive AI workflow build. Skip them if accountability matters to you: ask for a surname, an address, and the directory listing before you sign.
Who was left out, and why
n8nLogic has an “n8n Automation Services in New York” page. It also has identical pages for London, Dubai, Berlin, Tallinn, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Singapore, Toronto, and Sydney. The about page shows a single automation engineer based in Tallinn who is an n8n Verified Creator. Nothing wrong with hiring a good freelancer; it is not a New York agency.
Goodspeed, a UK studio, publishes its own “best n8n agencies” list with itself at number one. It is a capable product studio and is not listed in the n8n directory.
Codimite, Neogen Media, Tenaxity, Wappnet, SayOne and similar firms appear on other lists. They are offshore or UK-based with no Eastern-time commitment, and this list is for companies that need one.
What an n8n agency actually costs
Most agencies do not publish prices, which is why the two that do stand out. The public numbers on this list:
2V Automation: discovery week from $2,000; builds $6,000 to $24,000 per process over three to six weeks; optional retainer from $1,000 a month.
Easy8: consulting and workflows billed hourly or per day; agents priced individually; monthly support plan optional.
Everyone else quotes on a call. Two rules protect you either way. Get a fixed price per process rather than an open-ended hourly engagement, and get the price of the second and third build before you commit to the first, so the roadmap is priced and not just the pilot.
Self-hosted or n8n Cloud, for a New York company
n8n can be run on n8n’s own cloud or on infrastructure you control. For New York companies the decision usually comes down to three questions.
Does your data have to stay somewhere specific? Financial services, healthcare, and legal work often do. Self-host, in a US region you choose.
Who owns the environment when the agency leaves? With self-hosting, you. With Cloud, you own the account, and the agency should never be the account holder. Ask.
How much runs through it? Cloud pricing scales with executions. A high-volume operation is cheaper self-hosted after the first year, and an agency that defaults to self-hosting for that reason is thinking about your bill.
Every agency on this list will set up either. The useful question is which they default to and why.
Questions to ask on the first call
Are you listed at experts.n8n.io, and under what name? Look it up while they answer.
Who, by name, will build this, and where do they sit?
Will I own the n8n instance and every credential in it from day one?
What does the handover look like if we stop working together in six months?
Can you price the second process now, or only the first?
Which of your clients is most like us, and can I speak to them?
An agency that answers all six without hesitation is rarer than it should be. Three of the seven above would; that is roughly the ratio across the market.
If you want the 2V version of those answers, the n8n automation agency page has the pricing, the directory link, and the discovery week described in full.
Frequently asked questions
How do I verify that an agency is really an n8n partner?
Search for them at experts.n8n.io, the directory n8n runs itself. If the agency is not listed, the claim on their website is their own. Several agencies that rank for n8n searches in New York are not in the directory at the time of writing, and some of them say so in a disclaimer at the bottom of the page.
Does a New York company need an agency based in New York?
Rarely. What matters is Eastern-time coverage for the hours your team works, the option of in-person sessions when a process is being mapped, and a contract under US law if your legal team wants one. Two agencies on this list have a Manhattan address; the others cover Eastern time from Toronto, Chicago, North Carolina, or a European base working US hours.
How much does an n8n agency cost?
Most agencies on this list do not publish prices. Where they do: 2V Automation's discovery week starts at $2,000 and single builds land between $6,000 and $24,000; Easy8 bills consulting hourly or per day. Ask for a fixed price per process before you sign anything open-ended.
Should a New York company use n8n Cloud or self-host?
Self-host if your data has residency or compliance requirements, if you want to own the environment outright, or if execution volume is high enough that per-execution pricing hurts. Use n8n Cloud if you want zero infrastructure and the workflows are not sensitive. Most agencies here will set up either; ask which they default to and why.
Is n8n a better choice than Zapier or Make for hiring an agency?
For anything with branching logic, custom code, high volume, or data you cannot send to a third party, n8n's self-hosting and code nodes are the advantage. For a handful of simple triggers, Zapier is faster and does not need an agency at all. If an agency only builds on one tool, ask them why before you assume it is the right one for you.
