Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-16
Who we are
This policy is issued by 2V HUB PTE. LTD., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202441147N), with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. We trade as 2V Automation ("we", "us", "our").
We are responsible for the personal data described here. It applies to www.2vautomation.ai, to the forms and booking tools linked from it, and to how we handle the personal data of the people we talk to and work with. It does not cover other companies' websites or services, even where we link to them.
We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, or another privacy law, applies to you, we also follow it, and this policy explains the rights it gives you.
For any question or request about your personal data, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us.
- Forms. When you book a discovery week or fill in another form: your name, work email, company name, team size, and what you tell us about your business.
- Call bookings. When you book a call: your name, email, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking.
- Payments. When you pay: your name, email, the amount and the payment status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Session recordings. When we run a discovery week or other working sessions with a client, we record them (audio, video and transcripts), because that is how we capture the detail the work depends on. Participants are told before a session is recorded.
- Site assistant. What you type into the chat assistant on this website, the page you asked from and your approximate country, and your name and email if you leave them. We keep these to answer you, to follow up when you ask us to, and to see which questions the site does not answer well. The assistant's answers are generated by OpenAI's models from the text of this website.
- Conversations. What you share by email, on calls, or in messages with us.
- Client work. When we work with your business, we may see personal data held in your systems, such as names and contact details of your staff or customers. We handle that as described in our agreement with your business, and only for that work.
Information collected automatically.
- How you use the site: pages visited, time on page, the page that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- If you accept marketing cookies, identifiers used by the advertising and visitor identification tools described below.
Information from others. We may receive your details from someone who introduces us, from partners, or from the visitor identification service described below.
Why we use it
- To respond and deliver. To answer enquiries, schedule and run calls and discovery weeks, deliver services, take payment and send receipts. This is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you or your business.
- To run and improve the site. To understand which pages are useful and fix what is not. This is in our legitimate interest in running a working website.
- To market our services. To show relevant advertising and to follow up with businesses that have shown interest. We rely on your consent for marketing cookies, and on our legitimate interest for business-to-business follow-up, which you can object to at any time.
- To meet legal obligations. For example, keeping financial records, and responding to lawful requests.
- To protect our business. To prevent fraud and misuse, and to establish or defend legal claims.
Where the PDPA applies, you consent to these purposes when you give us your personal data for them, or they fall within an exception the PDPA allows. You can withdraw consent at any time, as explained under "Your rights".
Cookies and similar technologies
- Strictly necessary. Needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Always on.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used. It currently loads for every visitor. You can block it with your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
- Marketing. Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and RB2B. These load only after you accept marketing cookies.
You can change your choice through the cookie banner. If the banner no longer appears, clear this site's cookies in your browser and it will show again. You can read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/privacy.
Visitor identification (RB2B)
If you accept marketing cookies, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate your visits with other personal information they or others hold about you, including your email address. We, or service providers acting for us, may then send communications and marketing to that email address. You can opt out of this advertising at app.retention.com/optout, and opt out of the collection of your personal data at rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only as this policy describes. The service providers we use process it on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the website.
- Google, for analytics and business tools.
- Tally, which runs our forms.
- Stripe, which processes payments.
- Calendly, which handles call bookings.
- n8n (self-hosted by us) and OpenAI, which run the site assistant and store its conversations.
- Meta, LinkedIn and RB2B, for advertising and visitor identification, if you accept marketing cookies.
- Email, productivity, and AI software providers, and contractors who help us deliver our services. They are bound by confidentiality obligations, and we do not use client information to train AI models.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, in connection with legal proceedings, to protect our rights, property or safety or those of others, or to a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold.
International transfers
We are based in Singapore and our service providers operate in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When we transfer personal data outside the country where it was collected, we take steps so that it continues to be protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA, and, where the GDPR applies, we rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, call bookings and site assistant conversations that do not lead to work: up to three years after our last contact.
- Session recordings: for as long as the engagement needs them. A client can ask us to delete them after the handover.
- Client, contract and payment records: for as long as the engagement lasts, then for at least five years, to meet accounting and tax obligations.
- Analytics data: for the retention period set in our analytics tools.
When we no longer need personal data, we delete it or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete it earlier, as explained below.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security arrangements, including access controls, encryption in transit, and giving access only to people who need it. No system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires us to.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed;
- correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your personal data;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing;
- give you a copy of it in a portable format;
- stop using it where you had given consent, by withdrawing that consent.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first. We respond within 30 days, and tell you if we need longer. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before, and it may mean we cannot continue a service that depends on that data. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page, and tell you directly where we have a way to do so.
Contact and complaints
For questions, requests or complaints, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected], or write to 2V HUB PTE. LTD., 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore, or to the data protection authority where you live or work.
